Malcolm loves candles. Actually we don’t understand his liking for a lot of things…we always wonder whether other kids are like him…fascinated with lights, bulbs, fan, vacuum cleaner, broom, candles…and many more things we seldom pay attention to in our daily lives. Mummy bought a big round candle cos tonight we have guests coming over for pot luck. It is thanksgiving day. Here he is…clapping and humming himself a birthday song…cos he thought this is a cake! It does look like one as it is round and shaped like a cake. Think it is time we hold a birthday party for him next year since now he can at least appreciate the birthday cake. We had never done any parties for him so far…no full month…no 1st year party. All these occasions were usually kept within family level cos we think he is too young to understand, appreciate and enjoy the parties.
