We invited some friends over our place for reunion dinner. ?? and family were here to celebrate new year with us too. Each family brought some food over and we ended up with a really sumptuous spread. I contributed Lor Bak, fried spring rolls, pig’s stomach soup and steam boat. The highlight for the evening was actually Auntie June and Uncle Raptor’s YuSheng. I was so impressed by their yusheng. The presentation was so pro and I seriously think they can start taking orders to sell yusheng for chinese new year. It looks and taste as good or even better than those I had back home. It was Mal’s 1st time to Lo Hei.
